At Bloomclass, one of our core missions is to make great teachers online teacherpreneurs. What you might not have realized is this - over the years, you have already built a great organic network of potential customers who have not been able to access you easily, perhaps out of time and commute constraints.
Your Bloomclass profile + online courses changes that.
Here is a 2-step process to leverage your organic network and to grow it:
1/ Collate: Put together contact details - three things - Name, Mobile numbers and, if available, Email IDs - of two categories of learners:
- Past learners i.e. those who have learned from you earlier
- Prospective learners i.e. those who have enquired of your courses, but have not joined yet
Both these categories contribute to your funnel and are great leads to inform. So the first step is to create an excel sheet of these leads.
2/ Inform: Depending upon the contact information (i.e. Mobile number and/or Email ID) available to you against each lead, use WhatsApp and Email to inform these leads. We recommend you do this as a continuous activity at least 3 weeks prior to each course/batch launch as time permits. Tailor your messaging depending upon the context and relationship with these contacts. Here’s a simple format just to help you get started.
“ Hello,
I invite you to join my live course on <EnterExactCourseTitle> on Bloomclass & be a part of my community.
<Course Link> or <Free Link>”
All you need to do is to put this on repeat mode without spamming. Use reasonableness and a steady cadence to build this funnel over a period of time.
Your ultimate goal should be convert this funnel into a list that's growing - whatever one channel or multiple channels you may be using.
